The sheep sector has not suffered the technification that other livestock sectors have. lack of technological knowledge farmers and economic limitations have made this difficult. One most widely used technologies is Precision Livestock Farming (PLF). PLF already been in to improve farming efficiency. In light problem weighing lambs their low precision, paper proposes a system for estimating weight by means 3D image capture. Thus, zenithal images 272 recorded. They processed using capture upper area average depth pixels lamb. This estimates animal with an error less than 6%. technology cost easy operate, helping be more willing use it. method manages reduce duration process, stress overall accuracy estimation. it will help greater control profitability farmer obtains lambs.
